About the Builder

In 1985 after graduating with a bachelor degree in Building Construction Engineering Technology from Florida A & M University, Masoud Karimipour decided to stay and make Tallahassee home. After working for one of the most reputable building contractors in town for 5 years, in 1991 he started Persica Design & Construction. Since then Persica homes are seen throughout Leon county. Masoud is a certified Building contractor and building designer.
