Persica also offers free in-house design services for our clients to ensure a seamless approach to building your home. Regardless of the size of your home, we have the know-how and experience to design and build your dream home. 3. Determining the Cost When the final architectural drawings have been approved, we will go over all the details to figure out everything that will go into building your home and determine final detailed pricing. At this stage, a detail specification is furnished along with the price to ensure accuracy and eliminate confusion. 4. Financing One of the most important aspects of ensuring a smooth buying process is selecting the right lender. Whether you choose a lender of your own or one referred by Persica Design and Construction , we have a good relationship with all the banks in Tallahassee that specialize in construction lending.  Make sure to choose a lender who will assist you in selecting the right program for you. 5. Construction Process Throughout the construction process you will have the opportunity to meet with us regarding specific construction milestones. We encourage each homeowner to visit the site as frequently as they wish to see the progress of their new home. Throughout the construction process, Persica is dedicated to open communication regarding  any changes that may occur. Regular homeowner meetings are also set to keep you informed of the progress of your home. During the meetings you will: Learn about the construction progress of your home Discuss any adjustments that may need to be made Throughout the homebuilding process we will assist you in personalizing your custom home with design options that match your personal style. Getting to Know Your New Home Prior to move in, we will walk you through operational and maintenance information for your new home's features. 7.
