Started in 1991 by Masoud Karimipour, Persica Homes is a family-owned design and build firm serving the Tallahassee area. With an emphasis on customer service and forward-thinking design, we have a track record of creating livable, well thought out homes, exactly to our clients' specifications.

We are with you from preliminary design all the way to closing, meticulously ensuring the home you create with us is the home you are getting. We treat each project with the quality and care we'd give our own home.

A process built on clarity.

Building a home should be simple, easy to understand, and user-friendly. We price every project in detail and walk through it with you, so there are no surprises from the first meeting to the final walk-through.

    Initial Consultation

    A conversation about your vision, your lot, your family's needs, and your budget. No pressure, no obligation. We outline a realistic scope and timeline before you commit to anything.

  2. 02

    Site & Budget Review

    Before drawing a single line, we visit your lot: orientation, setbacks, drainage, utilities. This shapes the design from the start, while we align on a budget that keeps it buildable.

  3. 03

    Design & Planning

    Floor plan, elevations, and structure designed in-house. You review at each stage and approve every detail before we move forward.

  4. 04

    3D Visualization

    Walk through every room in a photorealistic render and walkthrough video. Request any last changes before we ever touch the ground.

  5. 05

    Permitting & Pre-Construction

    We handle permitting with Leon County and surrounding jurisdictions while finalizing selections, scheduling trades, and ordering long-lead items.

  6. 06

    Construction

    The same family that designed your home manages the build. We're on site, coordinating every trade, and you're welcome at any stage.

  7. 07

    Closing Stage

    We walk every room with you, inspect every finish, and demonstrate every system. We hand over the keys only when you are completely satisfied.
