Capital City Design

Capital City Design Center, Inc. was formed in 1996 by Ann S. DeVeer, a graduate of the Savannah School of Interior Design. She was joined by her daughter, Carrie Swain Simone, who earned her Master’s degree in interior design from Florida State University. Together they have guided many new home buyers through the design process to really make their houses their homes. With over 30 years of combined experience and approachable, patient, and kind personalities, Ann and Carrie make the design process smooth and truly enjoyable.
