We will discuss site evaluation, your design preferences and ideas, cost considerations, and tentative start and completion dates.
Being transparent about cost is extremely important to us. Once you approve the final architectural drawings, we calculate the final cost of building your home. We provide you with detailed specifications to ensure accuracy and eliminate confusion. We will never make any specification changes that will cost you without your approval, and we charge you no more than what it costs us to make little changes you think of along the way.
Part of building a new home is deciding where you will build it. When choosing a site, there are many things to consider. We can help you find the lot that’s right for you, and if you already have one picked out, we will help you find out the things you need to know before you begin building there. Remember, there are no perfect building sites. Most will require some work in order to be suitable for building your home. The goal in finding out about your lot is minimizing additional costs.

During each meeting, we will discuss the current construction stage and make any necessary adjustments.
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied. Prior to move-in, we will have our craftsmen team on-hand to make sure every detail is not only to your approval, but to your liking. We will also walk you through operational and maintenance information for your new home’s features.
